Electric Sorcery, 'Electric Sorcery'

The great thing about Electric Sorcery is that you can listen to an album over and over, and never be quite sure what genre they fall under. The band self-describes their sound as progressive psychedelic rock, but the jazz and funk rises to the top which is extremely apparent in their first self-entitled album 'Electric Sorcery'. 'Electric Sorcery' has a great mix of all instrumental songs and vocal tracks, and every instrument (bass, percussion and guitar) is both strong, professional, hardcore and psychedelic. -Michael Fecher
